Out of all my concentration pieces, I think this is my number one favorite. From watching other AP Art students, I started to learn that it is okay not to blend everything perfectly and to just add highlights and shadows. I think that tip is what made the Doritos bag look so good. The wrinkles in the bag really makes it pop out more.
The lunch box took me the longest time to work on but I am really glad that I spent awhile on it because it looks just like my lunch box and I love how the colors came out in the piece. The Granola Bar was a bit more interesting; I don't have a gel pen and when I was working on this piece at home I decided to use my thin nail polish pen instead. There is a little spot where I messed up but surprisingly, it turned out pretty good.
I think the only thing that I don't really like is the background. I rushed with the background because I just wanted to finish the piece and I am really upset that I did. It just looks like I spent no time on it and I feel like I should have done more. I am really happy how this piece turned out overall, and like I said before, it is one of my favorite pieces.
